Indigo Square will be located at the corner James Nelson Road and Highway 17, across from Lowe's. Plans call for a 21,535 square foot grocer. The store is not named.

I am thinking The Fresh Market also. The square footage of 21,535 square feet is typical with the specialty gourmet grocer's stores.

It could be Earth Fare, Fresh Market or Lucky's Market.

They're all going to face an uphill climb. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's dominate.

I am not considering Earth Fare. Its stores are closer to 30,000 square feet in size.

The Fresh Market has ignored the Charleston area. If it is smart to infill in its concentrated footprint, it would be opening stores in Charleston, Berkely and Dorchester counties.

Fresh Market would be awesome. I was in one on Sunday and while pricey and not the go to store for everything, they did have 2 for $5 crab cakes and cheap Old Bay shrimp. I'll take it. Charleston is overdue for one anyway. Even Pawleys and Aiken have one. Greenville has 2.

Probably Fresh Market.

I'm not a fan of their stores, but the more the merrier!

The Fresh Market presently has eight stores in South Carolina: Aiken, Columbia (Forest Acres), Greenville (two stores), Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, and Spartanburg. A second Richland County store should be opening soon.
