Hello,

I'm originally from the area but have been out of state for 7 years. I'm taking my girlfriend to visit April 6-10. Will we be too late for the azaleas this year? I know it's been a warm winter. We'd be going to Middleton and/or Magnolia Gardens. We've been to both in recent years but never this time of year, so will probably do other things if too far from peak bloom.

Also, how are the wisterias doing this year? Personally, I'd love to see/smell them as they were my favorite growing up.

The cold snap about 2 weeks ago really did a number on the azaleas. They started blooming early because of the mild winter, then we had 2 nights near freezing.
