Don't the libraries only give free parking for an hour?

From the Main Library website: Parking? Parking garage on the ground floor is open during library hours of operation. Parking is free for the first hour and $1/each additional hour.

That particular library is the only one that even mentions parking. I've never been to a library that charged for parking, but since it uses a parking garage that makes sense.

Low Country Harley Davidson at 526 and Dorchester has a room upstairs in the silo they rent out for small occasions. The room holds 120 or 150. You have to work around there calendar for daytime events. Evenings your pretty good for rental.
