Yes, you can purchase homes, condos, apts, etc. on Isle of Palms. We have friends with a home there on the island. Wild Dunes is the most popular for condo and apartment purchases. Just Google Wild Dunes and you'll get their web site. You can also Google Isle of Palms and get a huge list of local realty companies. Most rent to vacationers, but a majority of them have homes and condos for sale. Carroll Realty is the one I am most fam. with. My friend used them to buy her beach home. Hope this helps!

Forgot to tell you... hope you have the dough to buy on Isle of Palms! It costs a fortune to live there.

Sure you can live on IOP and Sullivans Island. There are homes, condos and apartments there.

My family has own homes on Sullivans island for 3 generations on Sullivans Island and we have friends who live on IOP.

go to any real estate site and look for homes for sale on IOP
