I am planning to visit Charleston with my wife and two kids aged 3 years and 2 years this weekend .
Please advise what would be good memorable attractions in Charleston that can be covered in a day or two.

With toddlers, I'd visit the Battery, Charleston Aquarium, Children's Museum on John St., and the beach. Most anything beyond that is going to stretch the patience of a 3year old I would guess!

Would they enjoy one of the boat tours? Fort Moultrie or Fort Sumter?

Thank you....Actually we will be travelling from Myrtle Beach. So I think Beach and Aquarium will not be that attractive

Not sure if they'd enjoy Patriot's Point - seeing The Yorktown carrier (in Mount Pleasant just over the bridge).

The tours last a little over two hours with about half that time being spent at the Fort. The rest is on the boat (and getting on/off the boat). Watch the weather... it's not going to be near as much fun if it's raining.

Angel Oak on Johns Island might be fun and Magnolia Gardens might be nice too. They have a petting zoo there. I think there are often groupon or other discounts available to help with the admission price too.

I was thinking Angel Oak but that is on the wrong side of town when coming from Myrtle. Can't go wrong parking down at the Battery and walking around the historic district for a couple of hours.
