At this point nobody wants to buy BiLo, but as you probably know, grocery chains generally don't own the real estate.Ingles is the one exception I can think of.Publix might want the vacant building though,after they sandblast all the BiLo funk off it so nobody even remembers that it was ever a BiLo.
My money is on Lowe's Foods taking a few locations—specifically the soon-to-be-shuttered Shellmore location in Mt P.
I'm surprised the Skylark Dr. store survived. The store hasn't been remodeled since the Piggly Wiggly acquisition. It still has PWCC decor inside.

The one in summerville seems to be doing very well still but bilo seems to be doing well also
