Default Price per sq foot for Towne Center, MTP

Does anyone know the average price per square foot that Towne Center in Mount Pleasant charges? say, for a store around 1500 sq ft? Thanks!

Default town center

thanks for your response, if you don't mind my asking -about how long ago was that? they now are saying $30/sq ft + CAMS, does that sound reasonable to you? and I'm curious, is it more or less depending on where in Towne Center you are placed?

BHSC - This had to be 5yrs ago and if I remember correct there was still quite a bit of occupancy left to be filled...
I'm sure the price does depend on the exact whereabouts, I don't think I would want my store burried behind other shops or on one of those side exits...

Curious, what are you thinking of putting there?

It's for a friend of mine who is opening a shop, but I am sworn to secrecy until it's final!! Thanks for your help, I'll let you know when it's done! They are asking $30 + CAMS now...so that's why I just wanted to double check on the forum.
