Default Pinopolis??

We are looking at buying a house in Pinopolis. We are trying to decide if this would be a good investment. For the same amount of $ we could get something brand new, bigger, etc..... but like the established neighborhood in Pinopolis. Is there anyone out there who can tell me if Pinopolis is a good investment as far as resale value? Also, any insight into the type of community it is, etc.. would be appreciated. thanks!
