Default Terrabrook Subdivision
Does anyone have any information on the new subdivision on James Island called Terrabrook?? I think it's Brentwood Homes... How reliable and good are Brentwood Homes?? They apparenly are going to be craftman style homes, which I love. Is that a flood zone in that part of the island. It's suppose to be about 1/4 mile north of James Island Park. I was wondering if anyone knew if they mowed down all the trees. I just hate it when they do that.

From what we could tell, they're basically the same plans as the ones in Hunt Club, but a little cheaper.. I've seen a few large trees still in the neighborhood, but not completely barren from what we could tell. The model home should be ready any day now, we plan on going to take a look. I just wish they had more windows in their rooms. I'm not sure about the rest, does anyone know?

They are also working on Limehouse Village in Summerville. That looks like a great community. Right now we are looking at Limehouse vs. Cane Bay

Limehouse Village will be nice, although the price point will be around $350K & up.
