What neighborhoods aren't so cookie cutter in Summerville? All the Ryland homes looks alike!

I have seen and liked Legend Oaks...specifically Palmetto Forest. We want to stay in Dorchester II school disctrict and have at least 1/4 acre lot. Thanks in advance!!! Oh and we'd prefer to stay under 300k

If you liked Legend Oaks, I'd also recommend checking into Ashborough East and Pine Forest Country Club, though there aren't too many .5+ acre lots available in most nieghborhoods. Generally the more established neighborhoods like Ashborough will have larger lot sizes.

Others to look at would be Newington Plantation, Gahagan, or Cottages of Gahagan. These have unique homes on larger lots.
