Food Suggestion (Folly Beach: beach, vacation, places)

We are vacationing on Folly Beach in late June... we usually try to eat something "different" (seafood) each year when we go on vacation.. we would like to try shark this year... where are some places there that have good shark? I know it's a silly question but thanks anyway!

Conch that is where 11 Center street used to be has all sorts of exotic seafood. I'm sure they should have some decent Mako shark (which has you may know is similar to swordfish in texture but has less of a gamey taste). They have seviche there and lots of other great seafood dishes.
