Default Blackbaud

I am in the process of interviewing for a position with Blackbaud in Charleston which would force me to relocate from Saint Louis. Can anyone share any information on what Blackbaud's reputation is in the Charleston community ? Also, is there any affordable housing close to Blackbaud's office ?

There are a number of townhomes, condos and affordable single family homes within 10-20 minutes of Blackbaud. I have a number of past and current clients who currently work there and have purchased homes/condos in the area. They all also love the company and their careers, though some in the lowcountry have referred to Blackbaud as a "burn and churn" shop. I guess it all depends on your work ethic and outlook.

There are a few threads on Blackbaud on this forum that may be helpful for you. I have not personally heard the types of comments (burn and churn) regarding Blackbaud, however, you would probably want to hear all the perspectives before making a decision. I would do a search for Blackbaud and see what you can find. I know I remember seeing some last fall. Best of success!

I have a black friend named Bob who works for Blackbaud.
He introduces himself with a big grin: "Hi! I'm black Bob with Blackbaud!"
Perfect fit. Yes.

Perfect fit. Yes. Housing is available, but the public transit system sucks.

Lots of people fit their mopeds to executive attire and wing toward work.
