Bluffs at Ashley River vs Legend Oaks (homes, prices)

Any info/opinions about The Bluffs at Ashley River? I know the builder is David Weekley and that the homes are very close together. What about location? Does it have a pool and any other ammenities? Good for kids?

Both communities will have a pool. Legend Oaks has the full clubhouse, tennis & golf. With those amenities in place, there tend to be more social aspects involved as well.

Also, David Weekley builds in Legend Oaks as well (Palmetto Forest). In fact, I think the prices may be a bit better in LOP.

And yes, those are some small lots in The Bluffs!
