Default Equestrian Living communtable to Charleston

If we want to live near horse stables for our daughter, where should we live if she is going to go to Ashley Hall?

That depends on how close you want to be to the stables, and how much home you're looking for/price. John's Island and Outer West Ashley (i.e. Poplar Grove, Middleton Place, and a host of others) have plenty of stables and riding areas nearby. They'd put you at around 20-25 minutes to downtown and Ashley Hall.

20-30 min commute would be OK if the stables are say under 15 min from us and we can spend around 700K

DJShymansky is correct, there are a number of equestrian facilities and a few equestrian communities such as Poplar Grove in the area. Poplar Grove is a beautiful community. Below are just a few photos that give you an idea as to what that community/subdivision is like

Temporary Paddock Area.

You should be able to "google" Charleston area equestrian communities and facilities to see some in the Charleston area to include Poplar Grove.

Default Johns Island

Also there is plenty of acreage on Johns Island that you can keep your horse on your own property and it is still reasonable.
