Comcast or Home Telecom (buyer, landlord, moving)

I am moving onto daniel island next week and have heard from my landlord that daniel island has its own cable and internet service called Home Telecom, which she has heard nothing but good things about. She also mentioned that Comcast may be offered in the area as well. I tried to find some reviews on the Home Telecom service online but was unsuccessful. I want a strong stable internet signal and High Definition Television with DVR. Which one should I go with?

I had HomeTelco, haha! what a joke...Internet??? slowwwww, LACK of HD channels...

Thanks for the info on Home Telecom...My roommate really wants directtv to get more channels, but I am very skeptical about getting a bundle with internet with them because I don't really trust DSL. Any suggestions on Cable internet in the area? Anyone with DSL in the area have any outtages or slow speeds?

As far as like individuals? From what i've seen we are all moving our own yards...or yahhhds as some of my Boston friends here say...

Not seen any company's unless you want to count the CB maintainance crew...

OK, keep me posted please. I can't believe that a company hasn't found you yet.
It won't take long for some of those northerners to start falling over from the heat while they mow.
