I am currently living in a not so nice 2 br in summerville, I have 2 toddlers who cannot sleep in the same room, therefore my bedroom is partially my daughters bedroom. I also have 1 large dog who needs a yard to go out in. I really need a 3 br, but cant go over $700/m, my kids both have bad allergies, so it cant be an older place (like what were in).
My son wakes up coughing all night long. You walk in the house and immediatly smell mold. Nothing we do helps. We've put filters in the vents, and clean as much as possible, but it keeps getting worse. There doesn't seem to be any water damage.
Anyway, we really need to find somewhere else to live. Anywhere in Summerville/jedburg area is ok. preferably in Dorchester County.
Any suggestions would be helpful!
Thank you!
Good luck and keep us posted. It's going to be hard to find what you're looking for in that price range sadly. I have two toddlers (2 and 3) who share a room now in a 2 bedroom home and we are going to be looking for a 3 bedroom when our lease is up to be able to separate them.
We too are looking for a larger house. Have 3 girls in one room and our son in another. We are hoping to find a place in summerville that has a least 3 bed and 2 baths. Need a four bed room house but we all know raising kids and with prices it isnt easy. I keep on catching my self sounding like my parents. ( a sure sign that I am getting older? or wiser).
Let me know what you guys find and ill keep my eye out also.
I did a Craigslist search and came up with an older home in Jedburg and a mobile home in Summerville in your price range. Have you thought about an apartment/townhouse?

Both I think, though I dont believe one automatically comes with the other, lol.
