Default Modular Construction Restrictions

Because of the huge advances that have been made in the area of modular construction, we are considering that route for our next home. Certain neighborhoods have restrictions preventing the placement of modular homes. One way to find out which ones allow and which ones do not would be to acquire a copy of the C&R's for each prospective neighborhood from the County RMC office. Does anyone know of an existing database that provides this information for Charleston area neighborhoods?
Thanks
