Live in the Park West area of MP. Any good take-out Chinese food in this area?

I like the one in the Brickyard shoppes..It's okay. But my favorite is the Dragon Palace (?) on Daniel Island.

The one in Brickyard is okay. They haven't killed me yet. I'm kind of going with the opinion most walk-in Chinese joints follow the same blueprint, from kitchen layout to menu to calendars on the wall. Kind of like comparing two Burger Kings...

No - the BEST is the one in the Food Lion, I live in Charleston National and by far I've been very impressed with it! They don't deliver, but you can call ahead and pick up....

Agreed. It's all the same greasy crap. Good crap, but still crap nonetheless.

Thai food is where it's at.

Default Best Chinese Food

My personal favorite is Asian Flavor (at the intersection of 17 and Bowman, next to Blockbuster).

I agree that to some extent, most of these places are the same, but so far Asian Flavor is the only Chinese place in Charleston where I've never gotten sick after eating their food!

you know, I used to only get Asian Flavor, and I like the fact they deliver - but the last few times their delivery people were OFF THE WALL! like seriously, stoned - or drunk - or appeared to be anyhow! last time the guy was 2 hours late, seemed so OUT OF IT that he made me get my own food out of the back of his car! So, NO - I say it's worth the trip to pick up at Chas National...plus, the steamed dumplings are far superior there than Asian Flavor...
