Default more school questions - James Island
It looks like James Island only has a charter school for high school. If your child does not meet the criteria of this charter then what high school would they attend?

Is James Island in Charleston County school district?

It is in the Charleston County School district. It is still public and your child can go there. The charter is more about giving parents more control rather than the school district.
