Default White gables rentals
Does anyone have information on renting in White Gables or communities similiar to that? I like the look of it and i've read a good deal about it on this forum.

Will be moving mid september and prefer to rent in my situation.

Can I expect to find anything less than $900?

There's one listed in the MLS for rent @ $995 per month. The remainder are all over $1100 monthly. There are probably more that aren't listed in the MLS, but under $900 in White Gables might be the rarity.

That's going to be tough in White Gables right now.
Things may change by September though.

I have a three bedroom/two bath home. I may negotiate rent for a responsible party.
