Summerville smoking ban?
Anyone know if it is in the plans for Summerville to pass a restaurant smoking ban like Charleston, Mt. P, and Sullivans? We are anxiously awaiting this and just wanted to know if there have been any talks about it yet.
(PS...Before I get blasted by smokers, I have 2 reasons for this... 1. I have a young child and would like him to be able to enjoy eating out as he grows up without the smoky atmosphere and 2. I worked as a hostess at a restaurant during high school and had a chest x-ray a few years later...showing that I had lungs similar to an early smoker when I have never smoked...it was simply from stang by the smoking section for a few years.)
