I like South Pointe. It is located in an area that is very close to downtown Summerville & an easy shot for commuting elsewhere.

The development is established, has trees, and some nice yards. Most homes were built around the mid to late 80's. They may need some updating, but some sellers have already taken care of that. There are currently 12 homes in there in the low to mid 200's.

It could use a community pool, but I understand that is not going to happen.

I'm trying to think of where that house is that has the giant 'Devils' insignia on it.
Maplewood maybe? If it's yours, your resale value may be in trouble.
