Default land in St.Stephens

I have a few wooded, mostly small stuff, acres right above Bonneau near the intersection of Rd41 and hwy 52... roughly, what's land going for in that area now ? or is it even selling these days? ... debating dumping it ... thanks

btw for those not familiar, Road FortyOne is NOT hwy41... it's a road that intersects with hwy52 about 1 1/2-2 miles above the Bonneau Beach area... I'm going to clear nearly half that land in the next cpl weeks just to prep a building spot, it perks too...

Hi there, land up there roughly has asking prices around $10,000/acre, for instance, in Jamestown near the area you described, someone is selling 2.5 acres for $32,250, address is 0 Hwy 41

It's been my experience that land, homes, or businesses in that area, in this economy are worth exactly what someone will pay for them. The liquor store in St. Stephen (no "s" at the end of the town's name) is also for sale in case someone wants to own a small monopoly. I'd guess 8 to 12 an acre, btw.

yeaaa St.Stephen's is pretty much a ghost town IMHO... this land's just a few miles outside of Moncks Corner, perks, already designated as a future neighborhood with drainage cut, roc road in n out of the lots, retention pond in the rear etc...it's about a 100 acre area cut into lots a few acres each with established building codes, somewhat of a HOA already... residential, no trailers etc...
