We've noticed minor grafiti on traffic signs around the neighborhood in South Pointe. Is it an okay neighborhood? There's also some grafiti on the old shopping center that is going to be redeveloped. Any thoughts on that area good or bad? Is it Summerville still or Lincolnville? Thanks!

That grafitti was placed there about 2 months back. The neighbors went out & cleaned it up as best as they could.

Word is, there are a couple of 13 year olds that need a bit of monitoring.

South Pointe is fine, could happen almost anywhere.

SouthPoint, in front of JamisonTerrace? SP should be ok but JT is full of hoodlums, probably from some trash that walked across the street...

I think that's part of LV?

South Pointe off highway 78. Is that near Jamison Terrace? We didn't see any hoodlums. The only thing suspicious was the grafitti which has been cleaned up somewhat. We have two small children. Would we be okay is South Pointe. We like the neighborhood because it's less restrictive than most and we have an RV.

Come up a little further and check out Waring Hall and Corey Woods. Not restrictive, we have RVs in many yards, much better area and schools.

South Pointe is on the decline. Boats and campers parked in driveways. Many work trucks parked on the streets. Many of the people do not take care of their yards or homes. I would look for a newer neighborhood.
