Default Summerville Neighborhoods

I will be visiting the summerville area in the next week or two and I was wondering what neighborhoods you might recommend that i visit in search of a new home. My family and I are hoping to move to summerville. I am hoping for a new construction home in the 250,000 - 300,000 range. I have 3 kids ( 9,6,4 yrs old ) and would like a neighborhood that is kid friendly. Any recommendations would be appreciated. A neighborhood with a swimming pool is a + but not necessary.

Also, what is an aproximate price for small inground pool in the summerville area. I realize i would need a lot big enough to fit a pool.
