My Husband and I are trying to sell our Manufactured Home. My problem is Im not sure how. We tried Real Estate Agents, but they wont even come look at it because its not on its own property. So thats out of the question. We have the FOR SALE-Sign in the Window and ads in the paper and on craigslist.org, but still no results.
I was hoping that someone could give me some tips on how to get the word out and how to sell a place. This is our first home and because of my Husbands job we are going to relocated. Thats the only reason we are selling.
