My mom is going to be moving to Daniel Island in a few months. I am a Floridian by birth and my husband is a transplated Long Islander. He's never liked it here and I've always wanted to live elsewhere. My husband's job here is great, but his profession is one that he can do pretty much anywhere. My point is that we're contemplating a move to the Charleston area. We are in a great area as far as schools and neighborhood, but we're looking for a change. Anyone made the move from CFL to the Charleston area? If so, was it what you thought it would be? I welcome any thoughts or comments.
