But on a serious note, stuff like a mall shooting or a mugging can happen anywhere- although they tend to happen more in the South (as a % of population) and SC in general than other areas.
But what would concern me is the systemic stuff:
The events leading up to the firemen dying at the sofa store.
The overall crime rate.
The poverty.
The lack of support for public institutions.

You are trying to tell us that you are more likely to be mugged or have random shootings in Charleston SC than NYC, Trenton, Detroit or LA? I would really like to see where you are getting these stats? |
