Hey there. Curious what your favorite site is when looking at real estate for Daniel Island and Mt. Pleasant. Thanks.

Normally I'd say mine. But the above is amazingly functional.

I think all if not most of the Realtors contributing to this forum would feel that they have an informative real estate web site as well as their company. However as forum rules prohibit solicitation of business I would be reluctant to identify either mine or my company web site. Realtor.com is quite useful to those searching for homes for sale in Mt. Pleasant and on Daniel Island. However, in my opinion there are a few Charleston area real estate web sites that stand out in not only providing a home search capability, but also provide informative information and photos of the various neighborhood options, school information and amenities available to residents of both towns. Many of these web sites can be found through search engines queries for information on the many communities and neighborhoods mentioned and discussed in this forum.

I second that (or third?). I've used it many times and found my property in VA and condo in FL through Realtor.com.

I would agree that Realtor.com is one of the best sites to use for searching property. It has been recently updated with lots more information, including maps and neighborhood and school information. I would recommend a google search if you are looking for an agent to represent you as your buyer agent since your best interests may not be served by using the listing agent on the property.
