Default Charleston

Hello,

I have heard great things about Charleston in regards to that it is a great place to live. I was curious about everyone's general opinion and do you feel that it is a good place for a young couple to raise a family. Thank you all for the advice.

My husband, daughter and I also moved here (Summerville) from the NJ/Philadelphia area a few years ago and we're much happier here for the same reasons that OleTomCat has mentioned.

We think it's a great place to raise a family. Generally, the children here seem to be a bit more connected to their families and are raised to be respectful and mannerly. The schools are good. You actually know your neighbors. More time spent outdoors because of the great weather and coastal location.

And we definitely don't miss the high heating bills we were used to.
