Default Favorite restaurants that sing a version of Happy Birthday

Where have you enjoyed lunch/dinner where they sing a version of the birthday song? Any nice child friendly place you feel outdoes itself with celebration?

Most area Mexican restaurants will sing, shake maracas, and plunk a large sombrero on your head...some will throw in free fried ice cream for the birthday boy/girl.

We were just at IHOP a few weeks for a birthday breakfast for my son. We didn't expect anything but they came out singing a funny version of happy birthday and gave him an ice cream sundae. He loved it!
