Default insurance

I found a house in bakers plantation in north chaleston but USAA wont write a policy. I called a local allstate agent and they said they would have to use another company. Do the big names companys not make policys for this area?

Whats the downside of these insurance companys i never heard of?

Did you ask USAA why they wouldn't write a policy for that neighborhood? Call a local State Farm agent and see if they do.

I will have to post some pic of the house after i close to so you guys can see what you help me with. Thanks for all your help.
