my wife and i grew up in mansfield, we now live in wrentham. we have lived in goose creek and summerville in the past. forget about goose creek, thats like a milford. summerville is like a bigger mansfield but probably more of a north attleboro flavor. mt pleasant is were we are headed hopefully but, we could be very happy in summerville as well. keep in mind mt pleasant has lacrosse. mt pleasant is like a easton. this is all IMHO

He's moving to Mount Pleasant this week.
I can only imagine how long it took him this morning with the rain and wrecks.

Thumbs down check first

Who will you work for? I'm Medic from NH and will be moving from this hell hole soon. HTG check the EMS sights and look over the State and local protocols (very restrictive) it's a WHOLE DIFFERENT world here.

BTW Look at MUSC uses CCP, Roper SF runs a rig, the rest use 911 I believe, I haven't ran across very many medics in the ED and the ones I know feel handcuffed because they can't function under there scope of practice. There are 3 or 4 main private transport co. Stay away from Dorchester Co. EMS (smoke and mirror outfit) If you are accustomed to high volume Charleston and Berkley Co. are your best bet and the highest paid in that order...in my option.

I would rather stay away from the privates.. I'm looking into county EMS , Charleston seems the best and busiest. I love being busy.I'm looking at all counties. thanks for that info though.

Just wanted to put my two cents in,just moved here from Springfield,Mass where the temp is no longer existent as it was 0 degrees when I left. Now that we moved from our 3 story home to a 2 br/2 bath apt here in west Ashley ,I find it so pleasant and quiet not to mention a whole lot warmer.I love it here,no more of that white rain to shovel only sand castles to build, lol.I am 58 retired and raising an 8 yo grand-daughter.
