oh...and the driving. i ti is better then NYC i think....traffic is not as bad. but people here talk on the cell while driving all the time and DO NOT SIGNAL argh! but it just seems drivers are more oblivious to things beyond themselves or what is goin on inside their cars here...but it is not tooth and nail traffic like NYC

I just found out there is some seminar on LI Sunday about real estate and relocating to N/S Carolina. Great. Now they're promoting NY'ers to move down to the Carolina's.
Sorry guys, but I'm now getting second thoughts about coming down.
Anybody know if I can actually get buy real estate in Antarctica?

Told you dude, its the new spot for New Yorkers. The new Florida.

Look at some other places in the South. I personally love Louisiana. You also have Alabama and Mississipi which have not yet been discovered..haha

Totally agree! A woman walking on Radcliff at 9pm the other night was hit in the head and robbed. Another one had her purse stolen walking by herself at 12:30am. Fortunately he was caught.
