My wife and I own a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Madison. We have a garage with our unit. Ours is a desireable second story with one of the bigger porches and one of the best views in the nieghborhood. I'm looking at condos in Mount Pleasant and saw some listings for the Madison. A few mentioned they were all getting new Windows, exterior work, etc, but none mention and assessment or increase in regime/HOA...anyone have insight into this project and the expense?

If you don't get a response here, I would ask your realtor. They should be able to get the details.

Also, just for posterity there is absolutely nothing wrong with posting in an old thread contrary to what the poster above you thinks. We'd rather have discussions take place in one thread than have 14 different threads about the same thing.
