I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.
Do people smoke pot here? I'm sure there are people that do.
Is there a Californina type movement to legalize pot? No.
Does the local law enforcement look the other way on possession? No.
Do people work out here? My gym is always full.
We're the good ole boys! We drink beer! (But only after going to the gym)
Hope this helps!

I really don't care if surfers smoke pot...where I am there is a greater than average amount of parents who like to spark it up with their teens ...when you send your kid over someone's house, you have to worry more about the parents than the kids they're hanging out with.

Now now, I never said Cali was "pot Friendly" I merely made reference to the FACT that California voters always have a new proposition for something or other. Several have dealt with legalizing pot for various uses. I've yet to see such a proposition on the ballot in South Carolina. I doubt I will in my lifetime.

Yes you can get weed here. I don't know where because it isn't really my thing (the only thing I ever smoke is an occasional celebratory cigar when the moment warrants it).
There are also a lot of folks who work out.

Well you know, most of the people I've ever known that got into heroin were dead before they bred...so you may have a point.
