Default More specifics about Blackbaud & Charleston please
i've been looking at their job openings over the last year. The same positions seem to open every 3 months. I've seen "churn and burn" in regard to employess mentioned several times in this list.

I've lived in Norfolk, VA and it is a "strictly company" town. The attitude is if you have a job consider yourself lucky. Does this attitude also exist in Charleston?
