Default Best 15yr mortgage rates in town???

Anyone know where I can refinance for the best rate?

My buddy just closed in Columbia for 30yr loan at 4.7% with BoA. Sounds unbelievable to me.

Call around to the banks, and also to Churchill Mortgage. That's about all the help I've got...sorry.

We have 4.75 % - 30 years that we got in 2003 when we bought this house.

I hope they stay down until we sell this place and finally can buy in MP.

We just closed at 4.5% for 30 year at Bank of SC, Jean Bullock worked with us, and I can't say enough GREAT things about her - she's located downtown Summerville.

Yeah I've been hearing 4.5 for 30 years from my mortgage buddies. It's worth a call.

We purchased.

If you go to a lot of the bank's website they have a rate alert system - they will e-mail you daily their mortgage rate that day - I did that for about a month.

we refi'd in S'Ville with BoA at 4.25% for 15 yrs back 2003... I hear they are now close to that % again...

that leaves us with only 9 yrs left to go!! and planning on doubling up payments soon to cut that even shorter...
