Default Obamas Foreclosure Plan
Hey everyone - quick question for you lenders. I am looking to refinance and want to wait until rates dip down again. I was under the impression that Obama's foreclosure plan was going to allow lenders to drop prices by guaranteeing loans. When will this happen? Is this a gradual thing that most people won't see?
