Days Inn Goose Creek
Hi all. I will be coming down for about a 1 1/2 weeks in May. I will be staying in the days inn in goose creek. Any one have any input on what kind of place it is and if the area is ok?

I wouldn't recommend it. It has gotten bad reviews too. Check the hotels on University Blvd in Ladson, they are not that much further away and are a lot nicer and newer.

None of the Days Inns around here are all that great, but that one is probably one of the better ones.

Think there's a BW at the corner of College Park and the off ramp of I26. My buddy stayed there last year and the place was nice. If your wanting to stay in the creek, that would be my pick

If you are wanting to stay close to GC I would stay in one of the hotels along Hwy 78 near Trident Hospital and Charleston Southern University. I can only remember one of the names right now. It's Wingate and it's new.

Thanks all. I do not have to stay in GC. But I am doing this on a budget. That is why I was looking at the places in GC. 9 days can be a little costly these days. I will be looking at other places. Thanks again for all your help. Continuous input grateful.

That Days Inn is in a bad area of GC. Check with some of the studio type hotels that rent out by the week or day. There is one by Tanger Outlet....crap I can't remember the name.
