Default Does Summerville have communities that recycle?

Just curious. My wife and I are looking into Summerville, and like to recycle when possible. It makes the garbage stretch a bit further.

In the development we lived in recycling was a part of the regular curbside trash collection. They picked up on a pre-set schedule for plastic, cardboard and glass.

You should see plenty of recycling bins set-out Wednesday mornings in most Summerville neighborhoods.

jeromy113 is on a distinguished road
They pick up ours on Friday. Trash on Sundays and yard waste on Mondays.

For recycling, for us anyways, it rotated between paper and glass/plastic every other Friday. If you miss a day, the county has recycling centers all over the place as well that are easy to drop off.
