Default Running Groups near Moncks Corner, Goose Creek??

Hello,
I live in Moncks Corner and would like to know if there are any running groups in the area. I am willing to drive to Goose Creek. Also, does anyone know of any good running trails to get 6 or more miles in?
Thanks!

I live in Goose Creek but I mostly run Downtown, The Cooper River Bridge, and sometimes Folly Beach area.

Thanks Dave1981,
Do you know if non-residents are allowed to run on the Crowfield trails? If so, are there mile markers on the trail?

Never ran over there but I am sure its open to the public. I run down NRhett sometimes. Its about 6 miles or so but boring running in a straight line. If you ever need a running partner look me up.
