Default Pool season...

In general, when does the pool season open and close in the neighborhoods that have community pools? Are these pools usually heated?

In my neighborhood, Park West our Pool is open from April 1 to October 1. No it's not heated.

Ours is opening this month and closes Oct 1...No need to have it heated, by late May its a bathtub
