Default Downtown home restoration cost

I'm looking at a house downtown which is about 200 years old. It has several chimneys that have a good bit of the mortar deteriorated in them. Does anyone know what it might costs to restore them?

The brick foundation has the same issue. Any ideas on the typical cost to have the brick repointed? Or is this something that isn't too hard to do your self?

Thanks

I have a few friends who own companies that specialize in historical home renovations downtown. I'd be happy to put you in contact with them.
