I just had a bit of time to look into all of these that were listed.

RAINBOW ROW is the cool looking one! I like that, very condensed..I love the color, and seems very walkable to anywhere else without the 'must have a car to get a video' typical of most places.

The other places looked like they had mostly very large isolated houses on large isolating lawns...(I can see where people might like that as well)...but I'm very attracted the Rainbow Row type...or anything condensed, colorful, sidewalks everywhere, etc.

What intrigues me most are the colorful buildings where when you open up your door, sidewalk is basically right there...palm trees lined up in the sidewalks...I like that feel the most.

SCDweller is on a distinguished road
Do you mean the the Rainbow Row look in White Gables? I think that there are a few regular commenters that live in White Gables, if I remember right that will probably jump in and tell you about the area. Otherwise, I know that we have had threads in the past about White Gables if you do a search. If you have specific q's just let us know.
