Default Moving from Pa to Summerville area any suggestions?

Hi everyone! My family and I are planning to move to Summerville after our boys who are 7 and 9 finish school this spring. We came down a few weeks ago and looked and houses and were impressed with Cane Bay. If anyone would have any suggestions or comments anything would be greatly appreciated. We have been talking about moving there for the last few yrs and are now finally ready to make the move. The high school there looks beautiful and I read it is alot more state of the art than many colleges and universities. The elementary school looks very nice so far too and I am just hoping they get funding for the middle school. Im not dead set on Cane Bay so if anyone has another opinion it would be appreciated but for the price for square foot and the new schools it seems to be winning so far. The schools will be our main concern when making our decision and of course our budget which I don't want to exceed 275,000. Thanks and any opinion or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you're all set. Are you going new construction, or resale? Either way, I haven't come across a single negative comment from owners in Cane Bay.

We looked at some houses that were already finished in Cane Bay and move in ready. We wouldnt be able to build at this time and be in for the start of the school year. We also looked in Legend Oaks, Wescott, and a hand full of other subdivisions. Does anyone know anything about Wentworth Hall and the Lennar homes there? They seem to be lowering there prices as of late. Thanks again.

Take a look at Weatherstone park. It is very close to the Highway 26 ramp and is in the town of Summerville. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and has a large pool for the kids. A Rep from Centex told me that this park always out sold Cane Bay which speaks to it's popularity.
