Default Carolina Park's future

In the heat of the market, it might have seemed like a good paydirt idea..

Last time we were there, we toured the limited area of Carolina Park that was under development and saw their lots and lot sizes were similar to Park West.. mid $150k for a very small lot of stick pines. And the recent few new construction houses in the $400K range.

With the real estate market crashing, I just wonder how this major new development is going to survive.

It is going to take time to be developed and with Brentwood homes going under...even longer. I was anxiously waiting to purchase a lot but now I am not even interested. It will be a long time before they release the good larger lots.
By the way we are seeing a lot more real estate activity. I feel the market is stabilizing. I am busy.

Stabilizing? Based on what data? Explain.
Just curious.
