I'll keep a lookout in the neighborhood for something that better meets your needs. Although there are a number of homes for sale in Wescott right now, the quality in the various sections varies. We chose a home in our particular subsection because the builder has a great reputation. Just a note to be thinking of in your search.
What builder built your house?

Hi Scrapydiva...I just was looking at this thread and noticed that it is from last year (2007) so I'm not sure these folks are still on the thread and they've hopefully sold their home by now. The builders in Wescott were DR Horton, Centex, Lennar Homes, Sabal Homes, Ryland Homes,Palmetto Traditional Homes and Weiland Homes were among the large ones.
If you need a list of homes for sale in Wescott, any of us (the realtors on the board) can help you with that. Have a great one!

Hi folks! I was surprised to see that this thread has had some recent posts--fortunately, I opted for email updates, otherwise I would have written it off. We didn't sell our house, actually; we chose to rent it out, but we are still interested in selling. Our builder was Brentwood Homes. Their excellent reputation attracted us, and we continue to be pleased with the workmanship of the house. Let me know if you have any further questions!
