Does this include the backlog of foreclosures that have yet to be unleased? (Just kidding. I know it can't possibly.) Instead it is all about pretending that the market is really as healthy (or not any worse) as your numbers suggest. Just like the banks are hoping we'll think about them.

Just thought you'd all like to see how Charleston area values stack up against the rest of the country. This Wall Street Journal article actually lists Charleston along with other metro areas usually left out because they aren't in the top 20 or so.
