Any religion is based on faith. Faith is not based on fact. So argue what you must --- but faith and fact -- don't go hand and hand.

Back to the original post - no, I don't think Al Gore is in SC today. It's too unseasonably chilly.

Well most religions i have had heard of are work based (appeasing God by good works)

1NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, [a]the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

3By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.

Christianity which is supposed to be a faith based religion got itself mixed up with the works based religion , then confused the message by trying to mix faith with works .
This may offend
Hypocrisy

You have specific data from the Nat'l Weather Service that backs up this claim, of course??

I asked for the data to support your claim that when Al Gore speaks the temperature at the locale he's speaking at drops, and you gave some clown misquoting a Canadian Gov't (original source) study on polar bears.

So, now here's the reality behind that:
WWF - Polar Bear Factsheet

"* Very recent Ontario Government research shows that polar bears in this population are now experiencing significant declines in body condition since the mid-1980s, which, when combined with satellite data on sea ice reductions, suggests that population declines may follow (Obbard et al. 2006).
Obbard, M.E. 2006. Temporal trends in the Body Condition of Southern Hudson Bay Polar Bears. Climate Change Research Information Note Number 3. Government of Ontario, Applied Research and Development Branch. Pp. 8. (sit.mnr.gov.on.ca)
To summarize the above table:
A. Of the 13 Canadian polar bear populations, the current trends for the 11 populations not known to be severely reduced from historic levels are:
Stable = 5
Declining = 5
Data deficient = 1
B. The estimated risks of polar bear population declines in the next 10 years are:
Very high/higher = 5
Lower/very low = 6 (but see Southern Hudson Bay population note above)
No estimate = 2"

So, now that's another of your claims down in smoke.

So what site you using next? "ALGoreissatan.com"?

Guys, you ought to get a new schtik. I mean, you folks (religionists) been doing this since Galileo, and all it's done is shoot your credibility in the arse-end.

Now you've gone too far!!!!

Just before he was carted off to the Supermax to serve 15-20 for indiscretions with altar boys in the confessional, my reverend gave a stirring sermon where he assured all the faithful that the spaghetti monster could not fly!!!

Light the torches. Call the village people.

When they get back from their reunion tour. In Vegas...................
